How does the 21-day free trial work?
When you sign up, you instantly get access to our fully-loaded Estate plan for 21 days. We will email you when your trial expires. You can then select a plan and pay by credit card to continue using the product. If you choose not to continue, your account will be suspended.

Is my data safe?
At Freshworks, we take data security seriously. Our servers are hosted in a world-class data center that is protected by 24-hour surveillance and we ensure that our application is always up-to-date with the latest security patches.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, you can. Freshsales is a pay-as-you-go service so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. We do not have cancellation fees. But if you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month.

 
What types of payment do you accept?
1. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards are accepted across currencies (American Express and Discover cards are not accepted for INR currency).
2. We accept PayPal transactions for USD only.
3. We accept offline payments (wire transfers) for Half-Yearly and Annual billing cycles.
4. We accept check payments in USD currency and this applies only for US and Canada customers.
